### Associate Attorney — Personal Injury

Represent injured clients from intake through resolution, building cases, negotiating with insurers, and advocating in and out of the courtroom. You'll carry your own caseload with the full support of our team behind you.

#### What you'll bring
- J.D. and active Utah bar membership (or eligibility to waive in)
- 1–4 years of civil litigation or personal injury experience
- Strong negotiation and written advocacy skills
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus, not a requirement

### Paralegal

Support attorneys across the life of a case: drafting, records, discovery, and keeping clients informed.

#### What you'll bring
- 2+ years supporting civil litigation or personal injury matters
- Comfortable managing medical records and discovery deadlines

### Client Intake Specialist

Be the first voice a client hears. Gather the facts, set expectations, and open the file.

#### What you'll bring
- Warm, clear phone manner
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred

### Office & Operations Coordinator
