Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information will not be sold, shared, or transferred to any third parties for any purpose. This data is used solely to facilitate communications between you and Synergy Legal Services.

Your information is used exclusively by Synergy Legal Services to provide services to you and communicate with you about your matter. Client records may be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the close of your matter, consistent with standard paralegal practice and Utah state recordkeeping requirements.

SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences.
